What is Revora?

Revora is your AI assistant for real estate. It sends text messages to leads for you, talks to them, and finds the ones who are ready to do a deal — all on autopilot. Think of it like having a team member who works 24/7, never gets tired, and follows up with every single lead. Your job is to step in when a lead is ready to talk business. Your Revora system runs inside a platform called GoHighLevel (GHL for short). This is your home base — where you see all your leads, conversations, deals, and results.

How Your AI System Works

Here is the simple version of how everything works:
  1. You add leads — Upload a list of phone numbers (from Skip Tracing, a lead list, etc.)
  2. The AI reaches out — It sends a text message to each lead automatically
  3. Leads reply — The AI has a real conversation with them over text
  4. AI qualifies them — It asks the right questions to figure out if the lead is a good fit
  5. You take over — When a lead is ready (booked a call, submitted a property, etc.), you step in and close the deal
The AI handles the boring, repetitive work. You handle the deals.

Your First 24 Hours — Quick Start Checklist

Here is what to do right after you get access to your account:
  • Log in to your GoHighLevel account (check your email for login details)
  • Download the mobile app — Search for “LeadConnector” in the App Store or Google Play
  • Set up your calendar — Add your available times so leads can book calls with you
  • Complete A2P registration — This lets you send text messages legally (we’ll walk you through it)
  • Import your first lead list — Upload your contacts so the AI can start working
  • Check your Conversations tab — See the AI talking to leads in real time
