Your dashboard gives you a quick look at how your system is performing. Think of it as your scoreboard — it shows you the numbers that matter.

Understanding Your Dashboard

When you click Dashboard in the left sidebar, you’ll see widgets (boxes) showing different metrics.

How to Read the Dashboard

Each widget shows:
  • A number — The current value (like “152 Outreach Sent”)
  • A trend — Whether the number is going up or down compared to last period
  • A time range — What period the number covers (this week, this month, etc.)

Changing the Time Range

At the top of the dashboard, you can change the date range to see:
  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • Last 30 Days
  • Custom Range — Pick any start and end date

Key Numbers to Watch

No matter which system you have (Seller or Agent), these are the numbers that tell you if things are working:

The Most Important Numbers

MetricWhat It MeansWhy It Matters
Outreach SentHow many leads the AI contactedMore outreach = more opportunities
Reply RateWhat % of leads respondedShows if your message is resonating
Conversations ActiveHow many back-and-forth chats are happeningShows engagement level
Calls BookedHow many appointments were scheduledDirect pipeline progress

What “Good” Numbers Look Like (General Benchmarks)

MetricBelow AverageAverageGoodGreat
Reply RateUnder 3%3-5%5-10%Over 10%
Call Book RateUnder 1%1-2%2-5%Over 5%
Note: These are general benchmarks. Your numbers will depend on your market, lead quality, and the type of outreach you’re doing. Don’t stress if you’re starting low — it takes time to build momentum.

How to Know If Your System Is Working

Ask yourself these questions weekly:
  1. Are leads replying? If your reply rate is above 3%, the AI messages are landing.
  2. Are calls getting booked? If yes, the AI is qualifying well.
  3. Am I closing deals from these calls? If yes, the system is producing ROI.
If any of these are a “no,” check:
  • The quality of your lead list (bad data = bad results)
  • Your AI’s FAQ entries (does it have good answers?)
  • The time of day messages go out (business hours work best)

Pipeline-Specific KPIs

Your pipeline dashboard shows how leads move through each stage. See the Pipeline section of your system-specific docs (Seller System or Agent System) for detailed KPI breakdowns.

Checking Your Numbers Daily

Here is a quick daily check you can do in 2 minutes:
  1. Open the Dashboard
  2. Set the time range to Today
  3. Check:
    • How many new outreach messages went out?
    • How many replies came in?
    • Any new calls booked?
  4. Switch to Conversations and scan for hot leads
  5. Switch to Pipeline and see if any opportunities moved forward
That’s it. Two minutes. Do this every morning and you’ll always know where you stand.
