The mobile app is called LeadConnector. It lets you manage your leads, read conversations, and respond to hot leads — all from your phone.
Downloading LeadConnector
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for “LeadConnector”
- Download and install the app (it’s free)
- Open the app
Logging In on Mobile
- Open the LeadConnector app
- Enter your email and password (same ones you use for GoHighLevel on desktop)
- Tap Log In
- You’ll see your dashboard
Can’t log in? Make sure you’re using the same email that was invited to GoHighLevel. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Managing Conversations on the Go
This is the main reason to use the app — checking on your AI conversations and jumping in when needed.
How to View Conversations
- Tap Conversations at the bottom of the screen
- You’ll see all your text message threads
- Tap on any conversation to read it
- The most recent conversations are at the top
How to Reply from Mobile
- Open a conversation
- Tap the text box at the bottom
- Type your message
- Tap Send
It works just like texting from your regular phone — but the message goes through your business number.
Turning AI On or Off from Mobile
Sometimes you need to pause the AI for a specific conversation (like when you’re personally talking to a lead).
How to Turn Off AI for a Conversation
- Open the conversation
- Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner
- Tap Turn Off AI or Pause AI
- The AI will stop responding in this conversation
How to Turn AI Back On
- Open the same conversation
- Tap the three dots (⋯) again
- Tap Turn On AI or Resume AI
- The AI will start responding again
When to pause the AI: If you’re on a phone call with a lead, pause the AI first. You don’t want the AI texting them at the same time you’re talking to them on the phone.
Getting Notifications
Push notifications are how you know when something important happens — like a lead replying or booking a call.
How to Turn On Notifications
- Open the LeadConnector app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Notifications
- Make sure these are turned ON:
- New Messages — When a lead sends a text
- Appointments — When a lead books a call
- Also check your phone’s settings to make sure LeadConnector is allowed to send notifications:
- iPhone: Settings → LeadConnector → Notifications → Allow Notifications
- Android: Settings → Apps → LeadConnector → Notifications → Enable
Which Notifications Matter Most
| Notification | Priority | Why |
|---|
| New message from lead | High | A hot lead might be waiting for your response |
| Appointment booked | High | You need to prepare for the call |
| Missed call | Medium | Someone tried to reach you |
| Task reminder | Low | Helpful but not urgent |
Tip: Speed matters. The faster you respond to a hot lead, the more likely you are to close the deal. Keep notifications on so you never miss an opportunity.
